CEED Student testimonial - Scott Jonsson
(Infomechatronics Engineering graduate, QUT, 2008)

Scott emailed CEED in July 2011, to touch base and let us know he's enjoying working as an Engineer for BPH Billiton in West Australia, on a fly-in, fly-out basis from Brisbane.  He offered to write an 'endorsement' of his CEED experience.  So, here are Scott's words ...

"Towards the completion of my QUT engineering degree in 2008, I completed an industry project in partnership with CEED and Visy Board. I received valuable support from CEED throughout the project which helped me to deliver significant cost savings for the client and a high distinction for my GPA.

"The project at Visy was well structured and relevant to my degree and future job interests. I have worked for BHP Billiton since graduating in 2008 and have used the same project methodology (learnt from CEED) for several large projects. I would recommend to all students who wish to complete an industry based project to apply for a CEED project."
